You'll definitely want to cook in the large updated kitchen, play games by the living room fireplace, and take in the stars and sunshine in our outdoor hot tub and by the outdoor fire pit. Close to it all - Ski Cooper, Mt Elbert trailhead, & the Leadville 100 start line.

The space

Built to entertain and host a large group, the house will give you a sense of privacy while easily and comfortably accommodate up to 5 couples, or 11 people total. Even though we are smack dab in the middle of downtown Leadville, you’ll feel safe, secure and secluded due to the size and layout of the property. In summer, the kitchen opens out to the back deck to add that beautiful mountain air to your night of grilling and drinks.
Inside, large tables and different nooks can hold various different places to hold conversation, play games, or sit quietly by oneself to take in the history of the house.
Cooking in the updated kitchen is a group affair and when the day is done, each guest can retire to their private room and bathroom.



Guest access

Guests will have access to 5 bedrooms (each with private bathroom), all the main living and kitchen areas, and the laundry. The front patio, side yard and backyard are all available for guest use, as well as the driveway. One of the sheds in the backyard can be used to store bikes and equipment.
