Enjoy a long soak in the clawfoot tub after enjoying your day out in the mountains. There is a wardrobe for hanging clothes and two large bedside tables for other items. This room is positioned on the West side of the house and is quiet most of the time. At times you may hear some noise from the communal spaces below and also some noise carries from the host apartment which is across the way, but overall this is a quiet and private room. There is high speed wifi available throughout the house. There is no TV in the room. The guesthouse has a communal style approach to accommodation. You can retreat to the privacy of your room or hang out in one of the common areas and meet and mingle with other guests. With our downtown location you can mix with like-minded outdoor enthusiasts and have a unique taste of what it's like to live like a Leadville local. You can use the outdoor facilities including the hot tub and fireplace and Indoors, the kitchen, living room & dining room are all communal spaces. Built in the 1880's and home to many prominent Leadvillians, this house is full of character and history. Although meticulously maintained over the years, the house is old and has it's creaks and its squeaks. But as always our goal is to provide you with a clean, warm and friendly place to stay.
