Sister's Suite

The rooms are divided by a venetian door, enough to give you privacy but also keep your eye on little ones if you need to. Each room has its own pedestal sink and between the rooms a shared bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a wardrobe for hanging clothes and also a chest of drawers. The room faces west and so gets beautiful morning sun so you can wake up to amazing views of Mt Elbert and Mt Massive through the stain glass windows. This room is positioned on the West side of the house and is quiet most of the time. It is on the front of the house so there can be street noise. At times you may hear some noise from the communal spaces and also some noise carries from the host apartment upstairs but overall this is a quiet and private room. There is high speed wifi available throughout the house. There is no TV in the room. The guesthouse has a communal style approach to accommodation. You can retreat to the privacy of your room or hang out in one of the common areas and meet and mingle with other guests. With our downtown location you can mix with like-minded outdoor enthusiasts and have a unique taste of what it's like to live like a Leadville local. Built in the 1880's and home to many prominent Leadvillians, this house is full of character and history. Although meticulously maintained over the years, the house is old and has it's creaks and its squeaks. But as always our goal is to provide you with a clean, warm and friendly place to stay. If you like the outdoors, meeting new folks and love everything that Leadville has to offer, this is the place for you!
